Atomic-Scale Materials for Advanced Nanoelectronics

Exploring nanostructures, device physics, and scalable electronic technologies.

I build devices from materials that are only a few atoms thick — growing them with atomic precision, developing scalable ways to integrate them, and turning them into functional technologies for nanoelectronics, radiation sensing, and beyond.
